Palmaria palmata
Palmaria palmata is a red seaweed and known as 'Dulse'. It's a great tasting seaweed and referred to as vegan bacon, since has the texture and taste of bacon: salty, smoky, nutty flavor, with a rich umami taste. Palmaria Palmata has a dark red to purple color, is high in bone support minerals magnesium and calcium, iron and sodium and potassium, high in protein, dietary fibers and a variety of vitamins and minerals.
