Ulva is seaweed high in protein, dietary fibers and a variety of vitamins and minerals. Ulva is used in human food, salads, soups. Ulva is also used  in cosmetics and dietary food supplements.

Fresh Dulse, also known as Palmaria palmata, is a red seaweed with a great taste, and is often referred to as vegan bacon, It's  salty, smoky, nutty flavor, with a rich umami taste. Palmaria palmata has a dark red to purple color and is used in cosmetics, dietary supplements and is a great and healthy snack for pets.
